ASA BAKERY 🥐
Went to Asa Bakery to try some new items and I have to say they look delicious but the flavor is more bready than anything. The chocolate on top of the scone doesn’t taste like chocolate it tastes very milky. The best one was the scone but would I get these again probably not but I’ll definitely try different items next time🥐💕🍩 #bakery #danish #scone #pastry #fresh #cafe #aesthetic #unfiltered #shareyourthoughts #storytime
I recently popped into Asa Bakery, drawn in by the inviting aroma of freshly baked goods and the aesthetic display case I often see online. Like many of you, I'm always on the hunt for that perfect pastry that just melts in your mouth, so I decided to pick up a few items to try. Beyond the classic scone and danish I mentioned earlier, their pastry display was absolutely packed with temptation – from delicate croissants to other beautifully crafted danishes, making it hard to choose just a few! When you’re exploring new bakeries, it’s all about the experience, right? For me, the first thing I look for is that flaky, buttery goodness in items like croissants, or a perfectly tender, moist scone. A good chocolate danish should have a rich, deep chocolate flavor that complements the pastry, not overpower it with a milky sweetness. It's about balance and texture. I’ve learned that sometimes, what looks amazing might not always deliver on taste, and that's okay – it's part of the adventure of finding your favorite spots! If you're planning a visit to Asa Bakery, take your time browsing their selection. They really do have a wide variety of bakery items, and what might not be a hit for one person could be a secret gem for another. Don't be afraid to ask about their fresh daily specials or what's just come out of the oven. Next time, I'm definitely going to dive into their other offerings, maybe a classic croissant or a different type of danish, hoping to find that standout item that makes me want to come back again and again. It's all part of the fun of discovering local cafes and bakeries!
