Journaling about a recent experience that made you proud invites self-reflection and gratitude. Writing your thoughts down allows you to reconnect with positive emotions and motivates continued personal growth. The fitness challenge featuring 3 rounds of 30 squats, 25 sit-ups, 60 jumping jacks, and a 55-second plank engages different muscle groups and boosts cardiovascular health.
