30 Day SelfCare Challenge or 75 Hard
So, tomorrow marks Day 1 of my 30 day self care challenge, but this time I'm taking things up a notch. I'm going to be doing the 75 hard self care challenge using my digital planner from herevolvement.
Now, I know what you're thinking - "75 days? That's a lot!" But trust me, I've done my research and I'm ready for this challenge. Plus, I have my digital planner to help keep me on track.
The reason why I'm taking on this challenge is because I want to make self care a top priority in my life. It's so easy to get caught up in our busy lives and neglect ourselves, but not anymore.
