How to rename Weverse Membership

🎶 A few days ago, our favorite idol band announced a concert tour and we had a plan to go to the show in Korea. Personally, we have an unexpired membership that was applied for at the end of last year. But the problem is that during the new year, we have just changed the name, so the name in the passport and the name in the membership system do not match. With the need to pay for the new application, we sent the weverse support to edit the name. Which the weverse can be done for us very quickly. Can wait a few hours 👩🏻‍💻✅

📑 Prepare the papers.

• Passport: Take a clear photo of the home page (must be a new name only)

• English translation of name / surname: request at the district office, 10 baht per sheet

🍋 Step.

1.Enter the Weverse app

2. Go to the More menu (3 dots below right)

3. Click Help

4. Scroll down to the bottom. Press the Contact Us button.

5. Select the topic (Help Topic) as follows:

• Membership

• Change Info

• Select the membership we used to apply for.

• Write a petition (copy our form now available)

Dear Weverse Supports,

I am petitioning a legal name update for my account and Membership to ensure it matches my current passport for concert ticket verification.

Account Informations:

• Email: (Our email used to apply)

• Membership ID: (Membership Number)

• Current Registered Name: (old name in the system)

• New Legal Name: (New name that matches the current document)

Attached are my New Passport and Name Change Certificate (English) as proof. I would appreciate your prompt assistance in updating my records.

• Press Attach File: Upload the passport image and the prepared rename leaf.

• Click Submit and wait to receive the email.
