Supreme Court sentences Thaksin back to 1 year in prison
Without considering the length of his stay on the 14th floor of the police hospital as a period of confinement.
People who have been in prison like me, even if they disagree, obey because it's the Supreme Court.
Even if it's comfortable, a prison is a prison to eat shark ears, a mattress, but it's a prison anyway.
The most important aspect of prison is the great restriction of freedom for all humans.
Mr. Thaksin's six months in the police hospital is considered "free" because he can't go anywhere.
When the court doesn't count, it becomes a free prison.
Like, I was detained in a hospital for three days. Corrections can be counted as a day of detention.
This one, I speak according to the feelings of the prison.
Justice measured by "freedom." People who are never addicted may say that it won't last long, just a year.
But for those who have been in jail before to know that
One day in prison is much longer than outside prison because their freedom is counted by the hour.
Especially someone like former PM Thaksin, who is now 76.

But for me, I have to respect my heart.
In a turn of circumstances, Anin became prime minister while former prime minister Thaksin was in jail.

And the party is proud of Thailand for having nothing to sell politically.
