Celebrating Self, Raising You!

Today we celebrated the spirit of International Women’s Day in the most heart-warming way 💛

Together with our amazing MSNE Young Living community, we gathered for a little pause in the middle of busy lives — a space for women to slow down, breathe, and simply receive.

✨ We explored the Glow Beauty Serum ritual

✨ Created our own take-home scents

✨ Shared stories, laughter, and honest conversations

✨ Reflected on self-love, gratitude, and caring for ourselves the way we care for everyone else

What touched me most was seeing women open up, encourage one another, and remember that self-care is not selfish — it’s part of how we stay strong, present, and joyful in our lives.

I’m deeply grateful to be part of the core team that helped bring this gathering to life. Events like this remind me why community matters so much — when women support women, something truly beautiful happens.

To every woman who joined us: thank you for your presence, your stories, and your light. May you continue to glow from the inside out. 🌿

... Read moreCelebrating International Women's Day by focusing on self-care and community support is an enriching experience that resonates deeply with many women. From my own involvement in similar gatherings, I’ve found that engaging in rituals like the Glow Beauty Serum application or creating personalized scents offers more than just physical care—it fosters mindfulness and a heartfelt connection to oneself. These moments become a gentle reminder that taking time to breathe and reflect is essential in the hustle of daily life. The power of shared stories and laughter within a circle of women creates an atmosphere of trust and encouragement, often inspiring each participant to explore new pathways toward self-love and resilience. What particularly stands out in such events is the shift in perspective around self-care. It moves from being perceived as indulgent to an important foundation for mental, emotional, and physical well-being. This transformation is vital for women who often prioritize others first. Moreover, the practice of gratitude during these gatherings amplifies positive energy, helping each woman recognize the beauty within herself and the community. Joining hands with groups like the MSNE Young Living community or participating in themed sessions—such as guided breathing techniques and DIY scent roll-ons—adds a tactile and sensory dimension that enriches the experience. For anyone looking to celebrate International Women's Day or deepen their self-care journey, I highly recommend seeking out local events that focus on nurturing women's spirits collectively. The combination of rituals, sharing circles, and mutual support not only reignites self-confidence but also creates lasting bonds that uplift everyone involved. Ultimately, these gatherings embody the essence of empowerment: supporting each other in growing stronger, more joyful, and grounded from within.
