Life is Not Complicated!

You don’t need complicated routines to support your body — just better choices. 🌿

This is one of my favourite simple rituals:

✨ Seedlings Baby Wash & Shampoo (gentle, plant-based, non-toxic)

✨ Epsom salt soak

✨ A few drops of essential oils — Lavender, Evergreen Essence & Lime

That’s it.

A calming, muscle-soothing, mood-lifting bath that supports both body and mind — and safe enough for the little ones too.

I used to not think twice about what goes into bubble baths… until I started learning how to read ingredients and realised how many products are filled with synthetic fragrances and unnecessary chemicals.

Now, I choose differently — and I love showing how simple it can be.
