เผื่อใครเสิร์ชหา Peaceful Day / Peaceful Day Ice Bath สุขุมวิท 62 แล้วลังเลว่าจะไปดีไหม เรารวมทริคเล็กๆ จากประสบการณ์ไปจริงมาให้ค่ะ (เหมาะทั้งคนไปคนเดียวและไปเป็นกลุ่ม) 1) ไปยังไงให้ชัวร์ (โซนพระโขนง-บางจาก-บางนา) ที่นี่อยู่แถวสุขุมวิท 62 เดินทางสะดวกสุดคือ BTS บางจาก แล้วต่อวิน/เดินเข้าไปนิดหน่อย ถ้าขับรถมาก็มีที่จอดแถวๆ ข้างซอย ช่วงเย็นหรือวันหยุดแนะนำเผื่อเวลา เพราะคนแวะค่อนข้างเยอะ 2) ก่อนแช่ต้องเตรียมอะไรบ้าง ของที่ควรพกจริงๆ คือ “ชุดว่ายน้ำ” (หรือชุดลำลองที่เปียกได้) กับเสื้อคลุม/เสื้อกันหนาวบางๆ ไว้ใส่หลังขึ้นจากถัง เพราะร่างกายจะเย็นเร็วมาก ถ้ามีรองเท้าแตะจะสะดวกเวลาเดินไปห้องอาบน้ำ 3) ขั้นตอนหน้างาน + ความปลอดภัย ก่อนเริ่มจะมีแบบประเมิน/ยินยอม และมี instructor คอยแนะนำตลอด จุดที่เราชอบคือมีเครื่องวัดความดันให้เช็ก และมีตัวจับเวลาให้กะนาทีเอง ใครกังวลสามารถบอก instructor ได้เลย ไม่ต้องฝืน 4) แช่อุณหภูมิประมาณ 1°C ควรลงนานแค่ไหน ของเราเริ่มแบบค่อยเป็นค่อยไป: ลง 30–60 วินาทีก่อน แล้วค่อยเพิ่มเป็น 1–2 นาที พอขึ้นมาให้หายใจลึกๆ ช้าๆ (โฟกัสลมหายใจช่วยมาก) ถ้าเริ่มชา/เวียนหัวให้ขึ้นทันที เป้าหมายคือ “รีเซ็ต” ไม่ใช่ทรมานตัวเอง 5) เลือกถังไหนดี: Solo vs Group ที่นี่มีหลายถัง ทั้งถังเล็กสำหรับแช่คนเดียว และถังใหญ่ที่ลงได้หลายคน ถ้าไปครั้งแรกเราแนะนำเริ่มจาก solo จะตั้งสติง่ายกว่า แต่ถ้าไปกับเพื่อนก็สนุกและช่วยฮึบได้ดี (แถมได้รูปแน่นอน เพราะมุม ICE BATH Reset Refresh Repeat กับป้าย Peaceful Day Sukhumvit 62 Bangkok ถ่ายสวยมาก) 6) Facility ที่ทำให้คุ้มงบ สิ่งที่เราว่าคุ้มคือมีผ้าเช็ดตัว ห้องอาบน้ำ เครื่องดื่มอุ่นๆ กล้วย และถุงใส่ผ้าเปียกให้ฟรี เหมาะกับคนที่อยากมาลอง ice bath แบบไม่ต้องเตรียมของเยอะ หลังแช่ถ้าได้ทำสมาธิ/นั่งพักที่โซน meditation จะรู้สึกรีแลกซ์ขึ้นมาก 7) ข้อสังเกตเล็กๆ ก่อนจองรอบ บางรอบคนเยอะ ห้องเปลี่ยนเสื้อผ้าอาจไม่พอ และที่เก็บของส่วนตัวยังไม่เยอะมาก แนะนำพกกระเป๋าใบเล็กๆ ที่สะพายติดตัวได้ และแต่งตัวแบบเปลี่ยนง่ายๆ จะคล่องสุด โดยรวมถ้าใครกำลังหา ice bath แถวสุขุมวิท 62 หรือโซนบางนา-พระโขนง ที่บรรยากาศโฮมมี่ ราคาเริ่มต้นน่ารัก และมีคนดูแล เราว่า Peaceful Day เป็นตัวเลือกที่ลองได้แบบสบายใจค่ะ
