So I have to confess 🙇🏾‍♀️ I fell off severely in the month of February. Consistency was non-existent.😭 But thankfully I was able to maintain my weight gain while even adding a few pounds. 🙌🏾 I’m up to 118 lbs with two more to go to my goal weight of 120 🎉 We came a long way from 100 pounds 😅 #Lem

So back in November I said I wanted to start my weight gain journey. I hit the gym for a week then BOOM 💥 between me and my daughter we were sick for almost the whole month of December. On January 5th (the pic on the left) I finally got back in the gym starting at 101 lbs. Yesterday (January 23rd)
