SELF CARE RESET: Pouring Back Into Myself ✨

Happy Black History Month! 🖤✨ Today is all about pouring back into myself, resetting, and making sure I feel good from the inside out. The goal? Feeling soft, refreshed, and fully in my energy again.

Here’s my self-care to-do list:

💆🏾‍♀️ Everything shower & skincare – Exfoliating, moisturizing like I have somewhere to be, and putting on something cute just for me.

🧘🏾‍♀️ Meditation & affirmations – Taking a deep breath, recentering, and reminding myself who I am. Speaking love and abundance over my life.

🎶 Music & movement – Stretching, vibing, and playing music that makes me feel unstoppable.

🧹 Cleaning my space – Because a fresh space = a fresh mindset. Resetting my environment so it reflects how I want to feel.

💦 Hydration & nourishment – Taking my vitamins, drinking my water, and making sure I’m actually fueling my body with love.
