🔥 POURING WHILE STILL HEALING 🔥

Sisters…

This is the part people don’t always see.

The messages…

the encouragement…

the strength you pour out to others…

But behind it?

There are still places in you that are healing.

There were seasons I thought I had to be fully whole

before I could help anyone else.

Like I had to arrive first…

before I could speak.

But that’s not how this walk works.

📖 “Blessed be Yahuah… who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted.”

— Qorintiym Sheniy (2 Corinthians) 1:3–4

I realized something:

I wasn’t called to wait until I was completely healed…

I was called to be honest while healing.

There were days I encouraged others to hold on…

while I was still learning how to hold on myself.

Days I spoke peace…

while fighting battles in my own mind.

Days I reminded others of truth…

because I needed to hear it too.

And at first…

I questioned it.

“Am I being fake?”

“Should I be quiet until I’m stronger?”

But no…

That wasn’t fake.

That was faith in motion.

📖 “My strength is made perfect in weakness…”

— Qorintiym Sheniy (2 Corinthians) 12:9

Because healing doesn’t always look like silence.

Sometimes it looks like:

• showing up anyway

• speaking truth through tears

• choosing obedience while still processing pain

• being a vessel… even while being worked on

Sisters…

You don’t have to have it all together

to be used.

You don’t have to be fully restored

to be a source of encouragement.

You just have to be willing.

Willing to be real.

Willing to be refined.

Willing to let your healing and your obedience

walk side by side.

Because sometimes…

The very thing you’re pouring out to others

is the same thing

that’s stitching you back together.

So if you’ve been encouraging…

lifting…

pouring into others…

while still healing yourself…

You’re not behind.

You’re not disqualified.

You’re being shaped

and used at the same time.

Keep going.

Keep healing.

Keep pouring.

... Read moreIn my own experience, I found tremendous healing by embracing the paradox of giving support while still mending my own wounds. It's easy to believe you need to be fully healed before reaching out, but true strength often stems from showing up authentically, even when you’re still processing pain. When I began to share my story and encourage others, despite my ongoing challenges, I noticed something powerful: the act of pouring out encouragement became a source of renewal for me. It reminded me that vulnerability is not a weakness but a bridge connecting us all. I learned that counseling others can reinforce your own truths and help cement your healing in deeper ways. The scriptures quoted in the article resonate deeply with me, especially the passage about strength being made perfect in weakness. This taught me that healing is not a linear path — sometimes it involves walking and working through struggle alongside faith. On tough days, I reminded myself it’s okay to feel incomplete because being used by a higher purpose doesn’t require perfection, only willingness. I also found practical ways to balance healing and supporting others: setting boundaries to protect my energy, practicing honest communication about my current state, and seeking moments of rest without guilt. These steps helped me stay grounded while being a vessel for encouragement. Ultimately, this journey taught me that healing is ongoing and messy, and serving others can coexist beautifully with your personal growth. If you’re pouring into others while still healing, know you’re not behind—you’re exactly where you need to be. Keep embracing your story, your faith, and the transformative power of honest, imperfect strength.

You’re allowed to be tired and still chosen.
Some mornings I wake up and feel the weight before I even open my eyes. The to-do list. The expectations. The silence that no one else seems to notice. And for a long time, I thought that meant I was weak. But I’ve learned that showing up anyway — even when you don’t feel okay — is strength.
