Once was at the top of the world, then it all came crashing down 8/8/2023. Since then I’ve been working on recovering not only my body, but my mind, heart, and soul. Yes anything can happen at any time, you really just dont know what your journey looks like until it all starts unfolding. So h

2024 truly kicked my ass! I’m almost positive that hands down, it was the worst year of my life. Stepping into this new year with an open mind, welcoming heart, dreaming spirit. Leaving behind what was and welcoming all that is to come. #2025 honestly, I really need you to be good to me 🤞🏼
