ถ้าใครเสิร์ชหา “เคล็ดลับหน้าเด็ก” แล้วลองหลายอย่างแต่ยังไม่ปัง เราว่าหัวใจจริงๆ คือทำให้ “ผิวชุ่มชื้น + ผิวแข็งแรง + หน้าไบรท์แบบไม่ต้องโบ๊ะ” และทำได้แบบต่อเนื่องค่ะ นอกจาก 3 ทริคที่เราทำอยู่ (น้ำเลมอนตอนเช้า + มาสก์หน้าทุกคืน + เบสโกลว์ก่อนแต่งหน้า) เรามีทริคเสริมที่ช่วยให้เห็นผลไวขึ้นและไม่พังง่ายมาแชร์เพิ่ม 1) ดื่มน้ำเลมอนให้ถูก ไม่ทำร้ายฟัน/ท้อง เราแนะนำบีบเลมอนลงน้ำอุณหภูมิห้องหรือเย็นนิดๆ ก็พอ ไม่ต้องเข้มมาก (ประมาณ 1–2 แว่นต่อวันกำลังดี) แล้วดื่มผ่านหลอดหรือบ้วนปากด้วยน้ำเปล่าหลังดื่ม จะช่วยลดการกัดกร่อนเคลือบฟันค่ะ ถ้าใครท้องอ่อนไหว ลองดื่มหลังอาหารเช้าแทนดื่มตอนท้องว่าง จะสบายท้องกว่า 2) มาสก์หน้าทุกวัน “ต้องดูจังหวะ” ถึงจะไม่อุดตัน เราชอบมาสก์แนวเติมน้ำ/ปลอบผิว (แบบที่เน้นไฮยาอย่าง Torriden Dive-in Mask) เพราะทำให้หน้าเด้งและรูขุมขนดูเนียนขึ้นแบบฟีลผิวอิ่มน้ำ แต่ถ้าวันไหนแต่งหน้าหนักหรืออยู่ข้างนอกทั้งวัน เราจะล้างหน้าให้สะอาดก่อน แล้วค่อยมาสก์ 10–15 นาทีพอ ไม่ปล่อยจนแผ่นแห้ง และหลังมาสก์อย่าลืมทามอยส์เจอไรเซอร์ปิดล็อก ไม่งั้นผิวจะกลับมาแห้งไว 3) จัดรูทีน “หน้าเด็ก” แบบสั้นๆ ทำได้ทุกวัน เช้า: ล้างหน้าอ่อนโยน → มอยส์เจอไรเซอร์บางๆ → กันแดด (สำคัญมาก) → ถ้าแต่งหน้า ค่อยลง Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base Luminize ให้ผิวโกลว์ละมุน กลางคืน: ล้างหน้า → มาสก์/หรือเซรั่มเติมน้ำ → มอยส์เจอไรเซอร์ กันแดดคือสิ่งที่ทำให้หน้าเด็กระยะยาวที่สุดจริงๆ เพราะแดดทำให้หมอง คล้ำ และริ้วรอยมาไวมาก 4) ทริคโกลว์แบบไม่โป๊ะ (ให้ดูหน้าเด็กแบบผิวดี) ลงเบสโกลว์แค่ “จุดที่โดนแสง” เช่น โหนกแก้ม สันจมูก หน้าผากนิดเดียว แล้วตามด้วยรองพื้นบางๆ หรือคุชชั่นเบาๆ จะได้งานผิวหน้าใส ผิวเปล่งปลั่ง เหมือนพักผ่อนมาเต็มอิ่ม ไม่ใช่เงามันค่ะ ถ้าผิวมันง่าย เซ็ตแป้งเฉพาะทีโซนพอ 5) นอนให้พอ + ลดหวานนิดเดียว เห็นผลกับหน้ามาก อันนี้พูดเหมือนเดิมแต่เวิร์กมาก: ถ้านอนน้อย ผิวจะดูโทรมทันที ต่อให้มาสก์ก็ช่วยได้แค่บางส่วน เราพยายามให้ได้ 7–8 ชม. และลดน้ำหวาน เปลี่ยนเป็นน้ำเปล่า/น้ำเลมอน ฟีลผิวจะใสขึ้นแบบสังเกตได้ สรุปคือ “เคล็ดลับหน้าเด็ก” ที่เราอินตอนนี้คือทำให้ผิวชุ่มชื้นสม่ำเสมอ (น้ำเลมอน + มาสก์) แล้วเสริมลุคผิวสุขภาพดีด้วยเบสโกลว์ก่อนแต่งหน้า ทำครบแล้วหน้าจะดูฟู เด้ง และสดใสขึ้นแบบคนทักจริงค่ะ
