Vanilla- Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line muffin tin.

Cream butter and sugar until light and

fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.

Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl,

then alternate adding dry and milk to batter.

Fill liners ¾ full. Bake 18-20 min. Cool completely before frosting.

Chocolate- Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Whisk dry ingredients together.

3. Beat sugar, oil, egg, vanilla, and sour cream until smooth.

4. Add dry to wet, then stir in hot coffee.

5. Pour into liners and bake 18-20 min.

Strawberry shortcake- Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and

vanilla.

3. Mix in sour cream, then dry ingredients.

4. Fold in strawberries gently or filled when cooled

5. Bake 20-22 minutes.

Topping Idea: Whipped cream + more fresh strawberries.

Cinnamon roll - Instructions:

1. Prepare base batter, then fill liners halfway.

2. Add swirl mixture and swirl with a

toothpick.

3. Bake 18-20 min. Frost with cream

cheese icing.

Lemon Raspberry - Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Cream butter, sugar, eggs, zest, vanilla.

3. Mix in lemon juice and buttermilk

alternately with dry ingredients.

4. Fold in raspberries gently.

5. Bake 20-22 min. Frost with lemon buttercream or cream cheese.

Frosting Idea:

Whipped Vanilla Buttercream

1 cup unsalted butter

3 cups powdered sugar, sifted

2-3 tosp heavy cream

1½ tsp vanilla

Pinch of salt

Cream cheese

• 12 ounces cream cheese, VERY soft

• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, VERY soft

• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 4 and 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted

Strawberry Whipped Cream

1 and 1/2 cups (360ml) cold heavy cream or heavy whipping cream

3 Tablespoons (38g) granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste reserved 1/2 cup of strawberry filling
