We’re out, time to make more whole grain bread!
This bread is 1.5c white & wheat flour. ~1 to 2 Tb of 5 grains, and poolish starter. I use 1+3/4c h20. Due to 3/4c oatmeal. We refrigerate it after cutting, it lasts up to 8 or more days! It makes a delicious avocado toast, or sandwich. The crumb is firm & inside is moist. It’s spot on!
