Plum sherbet is sprinkled, and Japanese ginger is entwined with the cool coldness and sourness of the plum and the fluffy texture of the conger.

The flavor of nori is effective in the gentle taste of boning.

The grilled dish is Omi beef steak.

My mother and wife chose fish for sweetfish.

The taste of Omi beef itself is felt firmly, and it is served with salt, wasabi and grain mustard.

Fried food is sweet bream.

It is wrapped in shredded shiso leaves and fried, and the body is plump.

The sweetness of sweet bream and the refreshing feeling of perilla are just right.

I ate it for the first time, but the rice itself was delicious.
