Overnight Oats
✨ 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (Instant will get too mushy)
✨ 1 tsp chia seeds
✨ A sprinkle or 2 of cinnamon
✨ Milk of your choice (I use Oat or Almond Milk)- Pour until oats are covered
💥Helpful tip: Mix together ingredients up to this point to allow for easier mixing and eating later
✨ 1-2 tsp Vanilla Greek Yogurt (your preference, I use 2)
✨ Fruit of choice (I used blueberries and strawberries this time)
✨ Top with granola of your choice (Putting the granola on top keeps it from getting too soggy and allows it to keep some of its crunch)
💥Put in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight) and grab on the go to enjoy a quick and easy breakfast/snack
