My First Tracy Anderson Class in NYC
I took a class at the TA Tracy Anderson Method Studio , and it was super intense. The room was hot, and we moved nonstop. My legs were shaking during the floor work, but I pushed through. The mirrors helped me follow along, and I actually felt stronger after. Definitely not your average workout.
