Then comes the revolutionary idea of 'putting yourself first.' This isn't selfish; it's essential for your well-being. For me, it meant scheduling time for my hobbies, even when my to-do list felt endless. It meant saying 'no' to commitments that drained me and 'yes' to things that recharged me. It could be as simple as dedicating 15 minutes each day to something you genuinely love, whether it's reading, a walk, or simply enjoying a cup of tea in peace. And oh, 'stop questioning what side characters will think'! This one hit home. We spend so much energy worrying about others' opinions, often of people who aren't even invested in our true happiness. Your opinion, and the opinion of those who genuinely support your growth, are the only ones that matter. My trick?
