The mind that wakes up from the dream itself is the mind that lives a lighthearted life.
When humans are still lost in their "dreams," we often cling to the images that our hearts create - fears, expectations, disappointments, and stories that we think must be happy.
But when the mind wakes up, we see that these stories are just dreams that come through our lives, not our true selves.
Awakening does not mean escaping the dream of the world; if it means knowing that one's self is consciously living in that dream.
Without being overwhelmed by fear, without being dragged away by desire, and without being bound by the past or the future, the mind is fully immersed in the present.
And then life, which used to be a field of struggle, will become a field of learning, a life that used to be a burden will become a journey, and the dreams that imprisoned us will become a space for us to be creative, growing and happy.
Because the awake does not escape the dream of life, but can live in it consciously, value and enjoy every moment of life.

จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวของผม การตื่นรู้จาก "ความฝันของตัวเอง" ไม่ใช่เรื่องง่ายในชีวิตประจำวันที่เต็มไปด้วยความกังวลและแรงกดดัน แต่เมื่อเริ่มฝึกสังเกตจิตใจโดยไม่ตัดสิน เราจะเห็นว่าความกลัว ความคาดหวัง หรือแม้แต่ความผิดหวัง เป็นเพียงภาพที่ใจเราสร้างขึ้นเท่านั้น การมองเห็นสิ่งเหล่านี้อย่างชัดเจน ทำให้จิตใจไม่ถูกครอบงำหรือพันธนาการด้วยสิ่งที่ไม่ใช่ตัวตนแท้จริง เมื่อลองฝึกการอยู่กับปัจจุบัน ทำกิจกรรมหรือหยุดคิดเรื่องอดีตและอนาคต เราพบว่าการอยู่กับปัจจุบันนั้นทำให้ทุกขณะของชีวิตเต็มไปด้วยความหมายและความสุขที่แท้จริง ในช่วงที่ผมตื่นรู้ เหมือนได้ค้นพบสนามใหม่ของชีวิต ที่ไม่ใช่การแข่งขันหรือการดิ้นรนเพื่อเอาชนะ แต่มันคือการเรียนรู้และเติบโตอย่างสงบและเบิกบาน ทุกความฝันหรือเรื่องราวในอดีตกลายเป็นแรงบันดาลใจให้เราได้สร้างสรรค์สิ่งใหม่ ๆ ด้วยมุมมองที่เปิดกว้างและใจที่สงบ ดังนั้นการตื่นจากความฝันตัวเองจึงไม่ใช่การหนี แต่คือการยอมรับในความฝันนั้นอย่างมีสติ และใช้ชีวิตอย่างเต็มที่ในทุกช่วงเวลาที่เรามี อยู่กับตัวเองในแบบที่รู้คุณค่าและมีความสุขอย่างแท้จริง นี่คือผลลัพธ์ของจิตที่ตื่นจากความฝันและเบิกบานในทุกย่างก้าวของชีวิต
