In 2024, we have the opportunity to organize the largest industry Expo in ASEAN like METALEX. Listen and feel the pressure. And even more pressure, we are the Head of this booth and have just been working for less than a year 😱.

But when the owner of the company sees the potential in us, we will fight! Okay? I don't know, but I have to.

1️⃣ The first is that we need to know the size of the space we want and reserve the space first. There will be both prefabricated and empty spaces for the booth itself. 🙋🏻‍♀️ We choose the booth itself. Of course, it is more expensive than prefabricated, but people are more accessible. ✅✅

2️⃣ Contact the booth making company. We talked to many people. Find someone who can support our booth idea. Will say that choose carefully. Our size is good. When the event page opens the customer hall, the booth is still out of place. 😔😔

3️⃣ Concept to draw customers to see the booth. This year, we organized in the Museum's Beam as an educational presentation. We believe that our customers always find information before buying, so we serve information that every machine has a small sign to tell you the properties. No emphasis, long writing. Focus on one big sign. Easy to read. But there are many instead.

Even though we found a lot of letters, I still don't want to read it, haha. 😂😂 And it is to pull the customer into the booth. When they come in to find a table to try to assemble, believe that the customer entered until they didn't eat, had to take turns. Very tired.

But if you look and fear, you can't remember what we have in our booth. We have a QR code to scan and tell you all what machines are on display this year. 👀✅ Ready to tell you the price of the machine. No cover, sell pure sincerity and quality.

4️⃣ Coordinate the garde 🌶️. We need to coordinate inside and out.

Inside is to coordinate with the company 🍅🍒 to the booth planning, the timeline to order parts and plan the assembly period, as well as many miscellaneous things such as shirt making, prosure making, sign making, acrylic making.

✅ what we should do as our team leader is to arrange meetings to tell the progress of each process, because what (?) everyone knows where they are now and what parts are missing, and what can I do? 💡

Outside is to coordinate with the booth making team, the organizing team, the electricity team, the wind team, the transportation team.

It is suggested that this electricity should have an electrical engineer ⚡ calculate it. Life will be a lot easier.

This wind 🌪️, we think the mechanical line already knows if the wind is needed.

Transport 🚛 Time to get in and out and see the days. (Repeat) Be good. When Fix is out, when anyone has to enter, who receives the items, who sends the items. This one, we hire the transport team of the event is all expensive, but using money to solve the problem, we think of something else, haha. 😂😅
