Every time there’s a new iOS, it does something to my little heart, I start planning in my head how I’m going to use new features to help me not only become more productive at my job or tasks, but also become a better me. I’ll be adding how I plan to use these features at work and or better myself.

I used to think I was just tired or maybe just a little off, but it turns out I was actually dehydrated most of the time. It’s crazy how much not drinking enough water can mess with your body and mind. I didn’t realize how many little signs I was missing that showed I wasn’t hydrated enough
