From what I read, this year is not very different from 2024, but it is obvious that the Tech line is very strong. New graduates with zero to three years of experience earn a salary of nearly 100,000.
And obviously, anyone with GEN AI skills plus other soft skills is a perfect combo, sweetheart, because many companies need people with technical skills, but also communicate, know, be sensitive to the environment, be creative and get along with others.

ถ้าใครกำลังหางานหรืออยาก “เรียกเงินเดือน” สาย Tech ในปี 2025 เราว่าขั้นแรกคือรู้ก่อนว่าเรากำลังเทียบกับตลาดไหน เพราะคำว่า software developer thailand / เงินเดือน developer บางที range กว้างมากตามอุตสาหกรรมและความรับผิดชอบจริงๆ เราใช้วิธีเช็กจาก Salary Guide (เช่น Adecco) แล้วเอามาปรับให้เข้ากับโปรไฟล์ตัวเอง ไม่ยึดตัวเลขเป๊ะๆ แต่เอาไว้เป็น “กรอบ” เวลาคุยกับ HR 1) เช็กตัวเองให้ชัดก่อนว่าอยู่ระดับไหน (Junior/Middle/Senior) หลายคนประสบการณ์ 2-3 ปี แต่ทำงานแบบ owner/lead ย่อยๆ ก็อาจคุยแบบ Middle ได้แล้ว ในทางกลับกัน บางคนอยู่มานานแต่ทำแค่งานเดิมๆ ก็ยังเป็น Junior+ ได้อยู่ ลองลิสต์สิ่งที่ทำจริง: โปรเจกต์ที่รับผิดชอบ, impact, สโคป (ระบบเล็ก/ใหญ่), การทำงานข้ามทีม, on-call, และการตัดสินใจเชิงสถาปัตย์ระบบ 2) Full Stack Developer เงินเดือนคุยยังไงให้ไม่หลุดเรท เวลาบอกว่า “Full Stack” HR จะถามลึกทันทีว่า full แค่ไหน: ทำทั้ง FE/BE + deploy/CI/CD ได้ไหม เข้าใจ cloud, database, security ระดับไหน ถ้าเราทำได้ครบ (หรืออย่างน้อยเป็น T-shape: ถนัดด้านหนึ่งมากและอีกด้านทำได้จริง) ให้ย้ำเป็น bullet ว่าทำอะไรได้ เช่น ออกแบบ API, ทำระบบ auth, optimize query, setup pipeline, monitoring ซึ่งช่วยให้ขอเงินเดือนใน range สูงขึ้นแบบมีเหตุผล 3) Data Scientist เงินเดือนต่างจาก Data Analyst เพราะอะไร ถ้าจะคุยตำแหน่ง data scientist เงินเดือน มักขึ้นกับความสามารถในการทำโมเดลจริงและเอาไปใช้งาน (production) ไม่ใช่แค่ทำ dashboard ลองเตรียมตัวอย่างงาน: problem framing, feature engineering, model evaluation, และการสื่อสารผลกับทีมธุรกิจ รวมถึงการใช้เครื่องมือ (Python/SQL, notebook, ML pipeline) ถ้ามีประสบการณ์ทำ A/B test หรือ MLOps นิดๆ จะเป็นแต้มต่อมาก 4) Solution Architect เงินเดือนมักพุ่งเพราะ “สื่อสาร + ภาพใหญ่” ตำแหน่ง solution architect เงินเดือน จะผูกกับการคุยกับหลายฝ่าย: business, dev, infra, security และต้องแปลง requirement เป็น solution ที่ deploy ได้จริง เวลาต่อรองเงินเดือน ให้เล่าเคสที่เคยออกแบบระบบ, trade-off ที่ตัดสินใจ, และวิธีบริหารความเสี่ยง (cost/latency/security) เพราะสิ่งนี้คือคุณค่าหลักของบทบาท 5) ทริคเรียกเงินเดือนแบบที่เราใช้แล้วคุยง่าย - ตั้ง “ช่วง” ไม่ตั้งตัวเลขเดียว: เช่น ขอเป็น range ตามตลาด + ตาม skill ที่ทำได้ - ผูกกับหลักฐาน: portfolio, GitHub, case study, metrics (ลดเวลาประมวลผล, ลด cost, เพิ่ม conversion) - ถามให้ชัดเรื่อง total comp: base + bonus + OT/on-call + WFH/allowance + ประกัน - ถ้าเด่นเรื่อง Gen AI ให้ระบุ use case ที่ทำจริง (prompting อย่างเดียวไม่พอ): เช่น ทำ RAG, eval, guardrails, policy, หรือช่วยทีม automate workflow สุดท้าย ถ้าอยากรู้ว่าเงินเดือนเรา “อยู่ใน range ไหน” ให้เทียบอย่างน้อย 3 มิติ: (1) ระดับประสบการณ์ (2) อุตสาหกรรม/ขนาดบริษัท (3) สโคปงานจริง แล้วค่อยตั้งเป้าเงินเดือนที่สมเหตุสมผล จะคุยกับ HR ลื่นขึ้นมากค่ะ
