Nail therapy 🤍
I started doing my own nails about a year before Covid hit. It was always a very therapeutic experience for me! I would put on my favorite show, make some tea, snacks, and get to work!
I first experimented with dip powders, and I really liked them! …until I developed dip flu! 🤧 I had no idea that was a thing, until I did further research! Turns out many people suffer from the same! So, I had to switch over to gel-x. I LOVED gel-x, and the convenience of being to do any shape, any length, any time. It’s such an intricate process, which is great for someone who is a perfectionist! Like me ☺️ lol
However, I always had the worry of nails popping off, in the back of my head. And truth be told, it had happened a couple of times!
My latest obsession is builder gel! I was always so intimidated by the process of hard gel, but turns out it’s pretty user friendly, whilst also allowing me the opportunity to grow my own nails! Maybe I’ll film a video when I do my next builder gel set/fill.
