under 200 calorie bagels šŸ˜©šŸ˜‹

Eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring! I made another batch of my protein bagels and to one half I added JalapeƱos, and topped it with part skim mozzarella cheese, and everything but the bagel seasoning and for the blueberry one I used frozen blueberries added swerve sweetener microwaved for 2 mins and mixed in with my dough. I then placed monk fruit sweetener mixed with cinnamon on top of the dough once I formed the bagels and it was the best combo ever. 10/10 would recommend!

JalapeƱo mozzarella bagel:

1 cup self rising flour

1 cup non fat greek yogurt

16 grams or 1 small whole jalapeƱo

26 grams part skim mozzarella

1 tablespoon egg whites for egg wash

about a teaspoon everything but the bagel seasoning

macros:

164 cal

24g carb

12g protein

1g fat

Blueberry bagel:

1 cup self rising flour

1 cup non fat greek yogurt

100-110 grams frozen wild blueberries (i did about 110 but i think it’s too much and could do less)

about 1-2 tablespoons swerve sugar

1 tablespoons monk fruit sweetener mixed with about 1 teaspoon cinnamon

macros:

153 cal

26g carb

10g protein

0g fat

for both recipes cook at 350F for about 30-35 mins
