My Pasta Salad in calorie deficit

This keeps me full with 29 grams of protein! Add as many other veggies as you want for a higher volume of food! I use Barilla protein pasta, grilled chicken, romaine lettuce, and REAL ranch 😜 use a lighter ranch or Caesar for even lower calories! Sometimes I’ll add cucumber. I meal prep the chicken and the pasta at the beginning of the week, keep my washed lettuce in a mason jar, so this is easy to throw together! Would be great for a busy mom or a work lunch!

Full day of eating in a calorie deficit
Breakfast: Kodiak protein banana nut oatmeal with fair life milk and fruit. I had an iced coffee with premier protein as my cream and sf vanilla syrup Morning snack: at work I had a barebell peanut butter protein bar. This was a bit more chocolate bar than I was expecting but still really good.
