I use Barilla protein pasta, grilled chicken, romaine lettuce, and REAL ranch 😜 use a lighter ranch or Caesar for even lower calories! Sometimes I’ll add cucumber. I meal prep the chicken and the pasta at the beginning of the week, keep my washed lettuce in a mason jar, so this is easy to throw together! Would be great for a busy mom or a work lunch!
