🤗 I think I've found my plan/schedule for my at home workouts.
❤️Today is 30 sec Thursday. I tested it out last week, and it was something I wanted to keep doing.
✨️Soooo, every Thursday, I will try to provide 30 second sets. Currently, I'm only doing 3 sets 🙃 but I'm hoping to get to 4 before the new year. 😀
