Consistency paid off! ✨🫶

Weigh in day!!! I did that!!! 🥳

Please check my detox menu and daily meal posts on my page. I stuck to it except for the last day because I was traveling home and my hubby made dinner. Eating correctly WORKS!

Things I'm noticed while on detox:

1. The first day I was super hungry but I was on a mission. I urinated a lot.

2. As the days progressed I was waking up throughout the night to use the bathroom. I even had slight headaches a couple times. I think that was due to caffeine (coffee) withdrawals.

3. I always had bowel movement issues so I didn't even have one until Saturday morning but since then I've had 4 🤗

4. I felt drained the the first couple days because my body wasn't use to eating that way but by Thursday I had energy and no cravings.

5. My stomach doesn't poke out as much due to my bathroom trips. I'm 😊 happy.

If you want to know anything else please ask.

My detox was not about perfection—I allowed myself some flexibility, especially when traveling and sharing meals with loved ones. This balance made it sustainable and less stressful. Throughout the detox, I observed noticeable changes beyond just weight loss. Frequent urination and improved bowel movements helped reduce bloating, which made my stomach flatter and more comfortable. These changes reinforced how detoxing supports the body’s natural cleansing processes. The caffeine withdrawal symptoms, such as headaches and disrupted sleep, were tough at first but manageable once I committed to staying hydrated and sticking to my detox foods. Around midweek, I experienced a surge in energy and a complete absence of cravings, which was a rewarding turning point. This shows that initial discomfort is often temporary and that consistent healthy eating helps reset your body’s habitual responses to food. Importantly, tracking progress visually through graphs showing decreases in body fat percentage and BMI provided motivation to continue. Seeing objective measurements alongside how I felt emotionally underscored that healthy habits form the foundation for lasting body transformation. If you are considering a detox, remember to listen to your body’s signals and allow some flexibility while prioritizing nutrient-dense meals. Sharing your progress with supportive communities can also boost motivation. Ultimately, this approach encourages sustainable change rather than quick fixes, leading to meaningful improvements in health and wellbeing.
