GOD SENT NATURAL VOLUMISED HAIR STYLING PRODUCT
I have not been updated much on the local products that I have been using. To be fair, I am lazy to update but I also want to share the products that I find works well for my hair and the look that I go for.
For someone who used to have spiky hair, I used different kinds of hair wax and hard setting hair sprays from a wide range of prices and brands. Honestly, my scalp was not looking good. I have sensitive skin and naturally, sensitive scalp. You can imagine how red and itchy my scalp works. Eventually, my hair loss was bad. (Which is also due to genetics but that's a story for another time)
After I regrow my hair, another problem surfaced. My hair had no volume, it was dead flat. Returning to hair wax, is definitely a HUGE NO-NO for me.
UNTIL
I came across SEA SALT HAIR SPRAY by UBERSUAVE which is a local Singaporean brand. YAE!! Now, Ubersuave was not new to me, like i mentioned earlier, I have most definitely tried out their regular hair wax before years ago. But, sea salt spray sounds very natural to me and I really do not mind trying at all. As of this post published, it is SGD23.88 on shopee for a 200+50ml set.
Result was 10 across the board. I can style however I want, and it still looks so natural. I'm not even afraid on strong gust or winds when I'm out anymore because it makes my hair even more natural and volume.
I have used half of the travel sized bottle (which I always bring when I travel) and so far, I have no clogged scalp, no redness, and no sensitivity to this spray which is already a major plus point!
Mind you. This Salt spray will not hold your short spiky hair. So, if you're looking for hard setting, this ain't for you.
I do feel hair ladies can use this for the extra volume too!
To be hair (fair), there are tonnes of other sea salt spray's brands out there. But since this works for me at the moment, I don't see why I'm switching over soon unless it's a local brand.
