Documents required:
The female side is Thai (single).
â Real ID / Passport
The male side is foreign.
â Passport copy that has not expired
â Statement of Eligibility to Marry, also known as Affirmation of Marital Status or Affidavit
Leaving the embassy or consulate of that country in Thailand (suggesting that asking at that embassy in Thailand is the easiest. This is recommended because in some cases the male resident or working in a third country is not in Thailand, not the home country according to the passport. If the male is from a third country, which is not issued by that embassy based in Thailand, it will not apply.
