The introductory ▫️ just came back from Chengdu yesterday. Chengdu can't play TikTok anymore. The screen is up. No internet. According to the first picture, but I didn't try to fix anything. I think I'll be back to Thailand. It's still not working until today. So try to find out. Follow many ways that others have suggested.
- Airplane Mode on-off
- Turn the phone off again.
- Delete App Reload
- Log out and re-enter.
- Delete the App cache (secretly pressed wrong, like all saved posts disappeared, very shocked, but finally returned confused, relieved)
There is a recommended way to close the Location of the WFP, but can not find it (as Figure 2), so try it randomly instead as follows and it works.
1. Go to Settings
2. Search for Tikis
3. Go to the bottom where Language changes to Thai.
4. Use the Account to play in China. 🥰

เมื่อเดินทางกลับจากประเทศจีน หลายคนน่าจะเจอปัญหาเดียวกับประสบการณ์นี้ คือการไม่สามารถใช้งานแอป TikTok ได้ โดยจะขึ้นข้อความแจ้งเตือน No internet connection แม้จะเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ตอยู่ก็ตาม ซึ่งสาเหตุส่วนใหญ่เกิดจากข้อจำกัดด้านเครือข่ายหรือการตั้งค่าของตัวแอปในขณะอยู่ในจีน ทำให้ระบบล็อกหรือจำกัดการเข้าถึงต่างประเทศไว้ สำหรับการแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นที่ผู้ใช้หลายท่านแนะนำและได้ผลชัดเจน คือการล้างแคชของแอป TikTok และล็อกเอาท์ออกจากแอคเคานต์เดิม จากนั้นเปลี่ยนภาษาของแอป TikTok เป็นภาษาไทยในเมนูการตั้งค่าของสมาร์ทโฟน หลังจากนั้นจึงล็อกอินเข้าใหม่อีกครั้ง จะช่วยรีเซ็ตสถานะการเชื่อมต่อและทำให้ระบบกลับมาใช้งานได้ตามปกติ นอกจากนี้ การปิด-เปิดโหมดเครื่องบินและรีสตาร์ทมือถือก็ช่วยได้เช่นกัน นอกจากนี้ การตรวจเช็คสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงต่าง ๆ ของแอป TikTok ในโทรศัพท์ เช่น การอนุญาตให้แอปใช้ข้อมูลมือถือ (Cellular Data) การอนุญาตให้ใช้ตำแหน่งที่ตั้ง (Location) และการอนุญาตการแจ้งเตือน ก็สำคัญสำหรับการใช้งานที่ราบรื่น การตั้งค่าภาษาหรือ Language Preference ให้ตรงกับพื้นที่ที่เราต้องการใช้แอปก็มีผลต่อการเข้าถึงฟีเจอร์และคอนเทนต์อีกด้วย สุดท้ายนี้ หากยังเจอปัญหาเล่น TikTok ไม่ได้หลังจากกลับจากจีน แนะนำให้ลองตรวจสอบซิมการ์ดและอินเทอร์เน็ตที่ใช้งาน ว่ามีสัญญาณหรือการบล็อกแอปใดเกิดขึ้นหรือไม่ รวมถึงลองอัปเดตแอป TikTok เป็นเวอร์ชันล่าสุดจะช่วยแก้ไขบั๊กและปัญหาด้านซอฟต์แวร์ที่อาจเกิดขึ้นได้ ด้วยขั้นตอนและคำแนะนำเหล่านี้ จะช่วยให้คุณกลับมาเพลิดเพลินกับ TikTok ได้อย่างไม่มีสะดุดหลังจากออกจากจีนแน่นอนค่ะ
