Thaw frozen meat to make hamburger steak.
It's a new microwave, so I thought it would be scary to press it, so I thought it would be okay to defrost it, but the sun went in too much and it became soboro.
It didn't seem to harden at all even if I kneaded it, so I ground it firmly in a frying pan.
I ate it because I had made Japanese-style grated radish.
You can think of it as a pretty hearty hamburger.
Yuzu pepper is delicious.
It's sticky.
I can't go home right away because tomorrow is the bus Saturday schedule.
