What kind of place is this, from personal experience that will not be accepted at all, with these people often having similar patterns, but maybe not 100%?

2. Uncertain occupations, such as night occupations, uncertain sources of income, answer only that of freedom...Mainly, income seems unstable, causing a high chance of breach of contract.
3. Become a family, father, mother and son. This group risks breaking down or shabby very high.
4. Age. If it is school age, we will only request a contract with the director to give and must confirm by any document that is being studied because we have been deceived or people aged 60 + will be quite vulnerable. ☠️
5. People who do not reveal themselves or rent to others are never seen and will not be seen. If something happens, we will follow anyone. Even if there is a contract, this is strange. This one must think carefully.
