Grief is weird. It’s been 46 days since my mom passed and somedays I manage just fine. Then days like today where just breathing is just a chore. I know it’s because I’m overly tired due to everything that has happened the past couple of days in my area (tornado outbreaks and wildfires) and when I’m overly tired my borderline personality disorder acts up. Add grief on top of the emotional deregulation and abandonment issues and I’m my own type of wildfire. I’m working my way through all of this. It sucks.
