Constant little arguments or misunderstandings popping up with loved ones for no apparent reason. It's like the energy itself is creating friction. I've also noticed a general sense of unease or irritability when I'm in a space that feels heavy. It’s almost like you can physically feel the tension in the air. So, once you start to identify negative energy around you, what next? Don't panic! The key is to be proactive. After a particularly draining week where I felt like everything was going wrong, I realized I needed more than just a quick fix. I started with a smoke cleanse, just like the tips I'd heard about, using some ethically sourced sage.
