Work from home motivation!
I am a work from home momma to a 4 month old and let me tell you it can be hard juggling my employer responsibilities with my mom responsibilities all while trying to take care of myself! One thing I have found productive is to take 3 minutes out of every hour during the work day to do a quick set of a work out! This week I’ve done 50 crunches, 10 pushups, 40 bridge lifts, 30 second plank, and a 1 minute leg pulse! I also have a walking pad and after I clock out for the day and my baby is still down for his nap I make an effort to walk at an increased speed for 20 minutes to sweat out the stress from the day!!
