⚠️Almost stopped exercising because only one mistake

I didn't think that forced play would stop us from exercising for a while...

We were big-legged and had just started to lose weight during that time, playing according to a full Internet clip, but we instead "tracked the body poorly" and forced to play too hard on our legs. Finally, the patella fell off until we had to put a splint 🥹🦵🏻.

👨‍⚕️: The doctor said because of a lot of leg weight and exercise posture, use too many knees. Also do not warm up before playing well (sometimes we do not do it)

This post is not going to scare anyone from exercising, just to remind people who are starting to like us that day, "Gradually."

🤍 Warm body every time. Don't forget the cooldown.

🤍 Choose a position that suits yourself.

🤍 Don't force it because you want to see results quickly.

🤍 If you feel abnormal pain, stop immediately.

Good health comes not from playing the hardest, but from playing the right way and doing it consistently.

Hopefully our story will save someone from getting hurt like we used to.

Do you really need a gym membership to start exercising?
One of the biggest fitness myths is that you need a specific environment to build your dream physique. The truth is your body responds to stimulus, consistency, nutrition, recovery, and effort. Not whether you’re training in a commercial gym, your living room, or a local park. These videos we

A Course In Miracles Lesson 91
There is a habit in me to trust what feels immediate more than what is actually true. Lesson 91 Miracles are seen in light. 🌿 I rely on perception as proof. A reaction in my body. A tone in someone's voice. A look that seems to confirm what I already fear. These become evidence.
