BREAKFAST Mealprep Idea

I have been LOVING these bagel breakfast sandwiches!

They are so filling and packed with protein.

You can premake them, wrap them in parchment paper and reheat in the microwave when you are ready to enjoy.

I use Dave's Killer bagels, turkey sausage, 1 egg, "cheese" slice, and "cream cheese" spread.

Meal Prep tips:

✨️Don't melt the cheese! Allow it to melt when you heat it to eat!

✨️Toast the bagel slightly before assembly.

✨️Microwave it in the parchment paper for about a min.
