Mental illness can manifest in various ways, often hidden beneath a facade of normalcy. Many individuals appear to function well but are secretly battling overwhelming exhaustion and self-doubt. It's essential to recognize the signs that someone may not be okay, even if they say they're fine. Symptoms could include feeling perpetually tired, constantly keeping busy to avoid emotional breakdowns, making jokes to deflect from deeper pain, and ignoring communications from friends due to feeling overwhelmed. These behaviors can often lead to feelings of isolation and misunderstandings. Normalizing discussions around these topics can pave the way for a more supportive environment where individuals feel safe to express their struggles. By regularly checking in on friends and loved ones, we can foster emotional wellness and ensure that no one feels alone in their journey. Remember, it's perfectly okay to not be okay, and seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Thank you for these signs of mental illness because most people believe a mental illness is either acting out of character or you have severe depression and you cannot help yourself but with people knowing signs of this maybe more people will seek out help that is deserving and that is needed because part of self love is understanding signs that can lead to a worst symptom and in the world like this we hide so much of our pain because we want to be looked at as if we have everything together. It is OK to not be OK and when the world/ humanity/ Our peers learn that it’s OK to not be OK. The world will be a better place because we will know how to handle symptoms if we are faced front and honest with ourselves specially if you want to have self awareness, you should love every part of yourself, but you should know the part that can become better. 🔥❤️
