I have a specific diet I stick too as a picky eater who also has hypothyroidism. Only eat- chicken, Turkey, seafood Mostly baked or bbq , no fried/oily foods Veges & fruits obvii I try to stay away from sweets not only bc of the sugar but it’s very bad for my skin unfortunately 😪
