Combine it with a bit of sugar, a splash of hot water to create a paste (this prevents lumps!), then whisk in your milk of choice. The key to that perfect whipped texture in just 5 minutes is often using an instant coffee whip technique or a hand mixer on a chilled cream mixture. If you're doing a dairy-free version, chilled coconut cream works wonders! Speaking of coconut, I've been experimenting with a 'cacao coconut' twist. It adds such a lovely, subtle tropical note that complements the chocolate beautifully. You can achieve this by substituting some or all of your regular milk with full-fat coconut milk for a creamier, richer texture and flavor.
