Blocked from walking street
One of my neighbors left a note asking me not to walk down her street because another neighbor’s pit bull goes crazy when it sees my dogs. For a while, the dog was chained in the front yard, so I avoided the street.
But now the dog isn’t outside anymore, so I started walking that way again. Yesterday, she ran out yelling at me to stop walking down the street even though the dog was inside the house. I told her it’s a public road, and I’ll avoid it if the dog is outside, but I’m not skipping an entire street just because her neighbor’s dog barks from inside.
She says I’m being inconsiderate, but I think it’s unreasonable. Should I really have to avoid walking down a public street just for this?
