Now before anybody gets offended, let me explain something.
This song isn’t about tearing women down.
It’s about building women up.
It’s about helping women recognize the things that keep us stuck, distracted, and disconnected from the purpose God has placed inside of us.
I wrote this song because I noticed that so many women spend their time watching everyone else.
Watching her business.
Watching her ministry.
Watching her marriage.
Watching her social media.
Watching her success.
Watching her life.
But somewhere along the way, they stopped paying attention to their own.
The truth is, many of us are carrying distractions when we should be carrying purpose.
We’re comparing when we should be creating.
We’re doubting when we should be believing.
We’re watching when we should be moving.
And that’s where this song was born.
When I say, “I got one more problem with you girl,” I’m not talking about another woman.
I’m talking about the habits, mindsets, and fears that keep us from becoming who God called us to be.
The comparison.
The insecurity.
The procrastination.
The excuses.
The fear of failure.
The fear of success.
The need for validation.
Sometimes the greatest obstacle standing between us and our next level isn’t another person.
Sometimes it’s the woman in the mirror.
I’ve been there.
I’ve experienced rejection.
I’ve experienced heartbreak.
I’ve experienced disappointment.
I’ve had moments when I questioned my worth, my purpose, and my voice.
But through every challenge, God kept showing me that my answer wasn’t in becoming someone else.
My answer was becoming who He created me to be.
And that’s the message behind this song.
This song is a challenge to every woman listening.
Stop shrinking.
Stop hiding.
Stop waiting for permission.
Stop comparing your beginning to somebody else’s middle.
Stop watching everyone else build what God told YOU to build.
Write the book.
Start the business.
Launch the ministry.
Record the song.
Create the content.
Take the class.
Apply for the opportunity.
Pray and move.
Because purpose requires participation.
As you listen to this song, I want you to ask yourself:
What dream have I delayed?
What fear keeps me stuck?
What am I avoiding?
What has God been telling me to do that I’ve been putting off?
Be honest.
Because breakthrough begins with honesty.
I also want every woman listening to hear this:
You are not behind.

You are not too late.
You are not too broken.
You are not disqualified.
God is still writing your story.

In my personal journey, similar to the themes shared in "One More Problem With You Girl," I often found myself caught up in watching others’ progress and success, which only served to distract me from my own potential. It’s so easy nowadays with social media to get lost in comparison. However, the real breakthrough comes when we shift focus back to ourselves and embrace our unique path. The phrase from the OCR content, "PRAY TRUST WAIT," deeply resonates with this message. When we face moments of doubt or stagnation, these three steps serve as a powerful reminder—pray for guidance, trust in the process, and wait patiently while preparing for the opportunities ahead. A practical way I applied this was by setting small, intentional goals. Rather than being overwhelmed by huge ambitions, breaking tasks down into steps helped me move forward meaningfully. For instance, I dedicated time daily to creating, whether it was writing content, learning new skills, or networking. Each small action fueled momentum, which echoed Nicole’s call to "take one step" to build momentum and purpose. Additionally, confronting fears like procrastination, insecurity, and the need for validation is a vital part of personal growth. I learned to recognize these as internal obstacles, not external ones. The greatest challenge was often the voice in the mirror, questioning worth or readiness. Replacing self-doubt with affirmations grounded in faith and purpose made a significant impact. I also found community to be an important support system. Engaging with groups focused on women’s empowerment, such as those inspired by conversations like Lady T’s episodes, helped me stay encouraged and accountable. Sharing struggles and triumphs with like-minded individuals creates a nurturing environment for growth. In sum, this song’s message inspires an honest self-assessment and a call to action—stop watching and start doing.
