When I learned that "internship" was the heaviest test of a nursing student's life. 😭
Many people would have cried moments in the ward bathroom.
Or write Nursing Care Plan, tears flow... you were there, too.
What made it through those days was "friends in the internship group." 👭
Maybe luckily, we'll take turns crying, taking turns comforting, pushing each other to move on.
But if not so lucky... no friends to hug, don't forget to "hug yourself."
Tell yourself, "We are the ones who can get us through every test.
Don't forget to fuel a small energy to the heart and body.
Find delicious items to eat in the budget for snacks with 💸
Drink a lot of water. Don't cry. You'll be dehydrated. 😅
Another trick that helps you a lot is "chocolate." 🍫
Just eating a small piece is like comforting yourself a little bit.
But be careful - eat and don't forget to exercise.
Otherwise, I said... Really fat, not eyes. 😂
The last trick I got from the teacher during the internship is
"If this ward is heavy, count down every day.

This sentence has saved you many times. 💪

ถ้าน้องๆ กำลังหา “รูปพยาบาลหญิงการ์ตูน” หรือ “นักศึกษาพยาบาล การ์ตูน” ไปแปะในสไลด์/รายงาน/โพสต์ให้กำลังใจเพื่อนช่วงฝึกงาน บอกเลยว่าภาพการ์ตูนช่วยฮีลใจได้จริงแบบไม่เกินจริงนะคะ โดยเฉพาะวันที่วอร์ดหนักๆ แค่เห็นคาแรกเตอร์พยาบาลยิ้มๆ ชูสองนิ้ว หรือแก๊งนักศึกษาพยาบาลยืนหน้ารพ. ก็เหมือนได้พลังเพิ่มอีกนิด ไอเดียเลือกภาพการ์ตูนให้ “ใช้ได้จริง” (ไม่หลุดธีมวิชาชีพ) 1) เลือกภาพที่สื่อมิตรภาพในกลุ่มฝึกงาน: เช่น การ์ตูนเพื่อนนักศึกษาพยาบาลหลายคนยืนด้วยกัน พร้อมข้อความประมาณ “ฝึกงานกับแก วอร์ดนี้โชคดีจัง” เหมาะมากกับปกสไลด์/โพสต์ขอบคุณเพื่อน 2) เลือกภาพพยาบาลหญิงการ์ตูนในชุดเครื่องแบบดูสุภาพ: ใช้ประกอบเนื้อหาเรื่องการดูแลผู้ป่วย/ความปลอดภัยในวอร์ด จะดูเป็นทางการขึ้นแต่ยังน่ารัก 3) เลือกโทนสีสบายตา: พาสเทล ฟ้า-ขาว-ชมพูอ่อน ทำให้ดูอบอุ่น เหมาะกับคอนเทนต์ให้กำลังใจ เอาไปใช้ตรงไหนได้บ้าง (แบบที่คนค้นหาแล้วอยากทำตาม) - ปก Nursing Care Plan / สรุปการพยาบาล: ใส่รูปเล็กๆ มุมกระดาษให้ดูน่าอ่านขึ้น (แต่ไม่ต้องเยอะ เดี๋ยวรก) - สไลด์พรีเซนต์เคส: ใช้เป็นภาพเปิดเรื่อง 1 หน้า ช่วยลดความตึงเครียดก่อนเริ่มพูด - โพสต์ขอบคุณเพื่อนร่วมฝึกงาน: แปะการ์ตูนแก๊งนักศึกษา + แคปชันสั้นๆ เช่น “วันนี้เราร้องไห้ด้วยกัน พรุ่งนี้เราจะผ่านไปด้วยกัน” - ทำสติ๊กเกอร์ไลน์/วอลเปเปอร์ส่วนตัว (ใช้ส่วนตัว): เวลาเปิดมือถือแล้วเห็นคำว่า “วันมาไม่นับ วันกลับไม่คิด” คือใจนิ่งขึ้นจริง ทริคเล็กๆ ก่อนนำรูปไปใช้ - เช็กสิทธิ์การใช้งานของภาพทุกครั้ง: ถ้าโหลดจากเว็บ/เพจ ควรดูว่าอนุญาตให้นำไปใช้ได้ไหม และให้เครดิตเจ้าของงาน - ถ้าทำรูปเอง: ใช้คาแรกเตอร์นักศึกษาพยาบาลหญิง/ชายยืนยิ้ม ใส่ฉากโถงทางเดินโรงพยาบาลหรือหน้าอนุสาวรีย์ก็ได้ ฟีลอบอุ่นมาก - ใส่ข้อความกำลังใจสั้นๆ: เช่น “กอดตัวเองให้เป็น” “ฝึกงานเหนื่อยได้ แต่อย่าลืมพัก” หรือ “ดื่มน้ำด้วยนะ” จะเข้ากับบรรยากาศในวอร์ดสุดๆ สุดท้ายนี้ ถ้าน้องๆ อยากได้ภาพที่เข้าธีม “เพื่อนร่วมฝึกงาน” แนะนำเลือกแนวการ์ตูนที่มีนักศึกษาพยาบาลหลายคนยืนยิ้มด้วยกันค่ะ เพราะมันสื่อชัดมากว่าเรายังมีทีม มีเพื่อน และมีตัวเองที่พาเราผ่านช่วงหนักๆ ไปได้จริงๆ
