Because after this, you need to use this email to contact the Council throughout the professional route.

1️⃣. Go to the Nursing Council web.

→ Apply for examination through the membership service system

2️⃣ Fill in + pay

3️⃣ Go back to the exam center.

⚠️. Seats are limited. Slow selection = full.

4️⃣ Print RQ11 document

Used as a docket for all documents

5️⃣ mailed in three days.

📮 EMS / Register recommended

📌 Always keep the receipt as evidence.

• 🩺 A real medical certificate with a hospital badge.

• 🪪 Copy of ID Card (Signed Certification)

• 📸 2 1-inch photos

• Straight face, no glasses

• Not more than 6 months

• Write the name after the photo

✅ Pass = ≥ 60% All subjects (fall any one subject = fail)

💰 6. Cost (First Application)

• Application fee: 1,000 Baht

• Subject fee: 200 Baht / Subject × 8 = 1,600 Baht
