In emergency situations, the heart is pounding.
Adenosine is a dedicated Reset AV Node drug.
Use right stroke = save lives

✅ PSVT (Paroxysmal SVT)
✅ Narrow-complex SVT consistent stroke

❌ Do not use in:
• AFib / Atrial Flutter
• Ventricular Tachycardia
• 2nd / 3rd degree AV block (no pacemaker)

🔹 Double Syringe technique
1.Open IV closest to the heart (Antecubital vein)
2. Clamp the cable over the port
3.Rapid IV Bolus injection 1-3 seconds
4.Flush NSS 20 mL Instant
5. Lift your arms high
