Abundance Bundle Notes ✨
The Abundance Bundle is made with four botanicals I work with often in my apothecary practice: white sage, palo santo, bay leaf, and cinnamon. Each one carries its own function, and together they’re used to clear a space, reset the energy, and make room for new intention.
White sage is the purifier. It carries a strong, earthy smoke traditionally used to clear stagnant or heavy energy and bring a space back to neutral.
Palo Santo brings a softer clearing. It has a warm, woody scent with naturally occurring compounds like limonene that give it a lifted, calming feel after burning.
Bay leaf is steady and focused. When warmed, it releases eugenol, giving off a herbal aroma that supports clarity, intention, and mental focus.
Cinnamon is the spark. It brings warmth and movement into a space, naturally rich in cinnamaldehyde, giving it that strong, spicy heat. It’s also the first herb I ever studied closely when I began working with plants in my garden, so it holds personal meaning in my work.
When burned together, these herbs create a balanced clearing blend—sage to release, palo santo to soften, bay leaf to focus, and cinnamon to activate and warm the space.
To use: light the bundle, let it catch briefly, then gently fan out the flame. Move through your space slowly and intentionally with a window open so the energy you’re releasing has a way to leave.
