This Rosa's Café & Tortilla Factory Mexican restaurant in Amarillo . I’ve tried a lot of Mexican food and I’ve preferred to eat here as it’s got so much flavor and there food isn’t 🌶️. There stores are so pretty. Their service is pretty good too. I would honestly call it TexMex lol
