✅ **Tidying up:** I pick up after myself as I go to prevent mess from piling up and adding to my stress.

✅ **Warm drinks:** There's something comforting about sipping on a warm drink, it soothes both body and mind.

✅ **Journaling:** Putting my thoughts on paper helps me untangle my feelings and gain clarity.

✅ **Daily walks:** Even a short stroll outside works wonders for clearing my head and boosting my mood.

✅ **Crying it out:** Sometimes letting it all out can be incredibly cathartic and healing.

✅ **Uplifting music:** Listening to my favorite tunes lifts my spirits and helps me feel more positive.

✅ **Fun activities:** Reminding myself of the things I enjoy and making time for them brings joy back into my life.

✅ **Special dinners:** Planning extra yummy meals adds a touch of excitement and gives me something to look forward to.

✅ **Defying the negative voice:** I challenge the negative thoughts that come with depression by doing the opposite of what they say.
