🛑 Take Breaks: Don’t forget to rest! Try the Pomodoro Technique: 25 minutes of work, then a 5-minute break. You can always adjust this to your needs and how long you want to study!

🧘‍♀️ Self-Care: Prioritize sleep, nutrition, and exercise. Your physical and mental health are crucial. This may be difficult to fit into your schedule, but MAKE IT FIT! A few minutes of self care can go a long way.

🎯 Set Realistic Goals: Break tasks into smaller steps. Set achievable goals to avoid feeling overwhelmed. What helps me is writing my goals down and taping them in a visible spot I can see everyday. You can set goals in your notes app as well!

🤗 Social Support: Connect with friends, family, or support groups. Talking about your stress can be relieving. Do not feel like a burden for asking for help

🧠 Mindfulness & Relaxation: Practice mindfulness, meditation, or deep-breathing exercises to reduce stress. Even a few minutes at the beginning or the end of the day can really help.

💬 Seek Help: If burnout persists, speak with a counselor or mental health professional. Many colleges offer free or low-cost counseling services. Reach out when times are tough, someone is always there to support you!

🎨 Engage in Hobbies: Spend time doing activities you enjoy outside of academics. It’s a great mental break. This may seem unecessary but it is so crucial to give yourself some peace and keep your mind busy on something else.

🚫 Know When to Say No: Recognize your limits and don’t overcommit. It’s okay to say no! I struggle with fomo really bad, but it's important to take care of your own needs first.
